Firstly, NO, I'm not a "robot" and this is NOT an AI review! ;-) Secondly: All I can say is WOW about how fast these guys deliver! It's so refreshing and awesome feeling when I know my packages are being delivered by Intelcom. Obviously it's a well run company, otherwise the delivery people wouldn't be this good. Thanks again and I dont expect "special treatment" from anybody, but Intelcom just seems to actually care about what they do. Which is deliver packages fast.

Worst Carrier I have dealt with! My order is scheduled to be shipped to a BUSINESS.... Instead these drivers attempt to deliver on a Saturday, then again on a Sunday, and then on Monday they waited till after 5pm to make another attempt. Here it is Tuesday, received the email that it is out for delivery and will be here in the next 3hrs..... That was 4.5hrs ago.... NO phone number that is listed is ever answered... tried filing a complaint and all of a sudden the website will not allow me to submit it. I just want the product I ordered and paid for.... FRUSTRATED!!!!!!

He was a very kind gentleman. Always happy to see you. Full of smiles. Great guy always happy with his service. He needs a raise. I only suggest that for people who I believe do their job are happy to do their job polite to customers and have a great personality. Which he has all of that.

My package delivery was very quick. I received the package much sooner than expected by me. Though I made a request to have the delivery made to the side door, it was too late as the package was already on its way to my home. I received it within a matter of minutes after I sent the request. Super experience! Thanks!

There is a driver who seems to have a route who doesn't read addresses. Multiple times I have had orders they have attempted to drop-off at my location and it wasn't my order or address. Thankfully I have caught them and sent the packages back with them so the right person gets them. The house number was right. Not the street name. Today it was me who didn't get my delivery. They delivered it else where. And living where live I'm not about to be knocking on doors to say hey do you have my order? I understand they are busy and have lots of deliveries but reading the full address is important.
