I’ve always liked Intelcom. Every driver has been super friendly and careful with the packages. I genuinely never had a problem with them even when I lived in an apartment building- they would ring and wait for us and come up when I could t come down.

The email notifications I received from the moment they got my order, to the shipment and delivery of my package, the information provided was on point. & The driver who delivered my packed was very nice.

Worst delivery experience i had with this company i ordered something from amazon and they got my package and i had to receive it a week ago but everday i call them and they say the same thing that your package will be delivered in next 24 hrs. Now I can’t cancel or reorder my package because again Intelcom will have my package to deliver and they won’t deliver it. If you can’t deliver something then why you take that responsibility just cancel it. There is no option for zero star otherwise I would have given them. Careless delivery company.
