order by amazon, I have it delivered to my work. the delivery person is unable to deliver before 5:00 p.m. I therefore change the address for a residential address and I am told that the delivery person cannot deliver to this address. I therefore have it delivered to another address 2 streets from my house and my answer is that it is possible... nothing good to say about this company with very slow delivery service other than at least they answer the phone when you call.

A real bunch of incompetents. If I could leave them a negative star rating or at least a 0, I would! They are UNABLE to deliver on time. I also took care to contact Amazon for their mention that I no longer wanted any delivery made by these 2 of spades. I advise anyone with a similar problem to do the same.

My package is 13 days late. I've called 4 times and they always tell me it's on the way but I haven't received it yet! Very disapointed.

To date, no package has arrived on the day indicated. I even have a package that never arrived. Have to ask for a refund twice. Failure to deliver... Really bad comments to say about this delivery company. Not able to respect the delivery even when they write delivery today between 8 am to 5 pm... Very disappointed with their service. In the future, I will check with which carrier before ordering on Amazon.

One of the longest deliveries I've seen… for 6 days, no new info with tracking number… and yesterday it says “delivery before the end of the day” and are not even able to do it… I don't I still haven't received anything… I hope Amazon will change the carrier because it's worse than post canada…
