This company will ignore your delivery instructions and leave your packages in unsecure, public locations. In this case, despite the delivery address being suite 704, the drivers simply left the packages in the lobby of my office building next to the front door - on two separate deliveries. The packages were already gone when I came down to the lobby to collect them. Absolutely disgraceful behavior and it's shocking to me that Intelcom would allow this to happen. Avoid them at all costs. EDIT: Don't pay any attention to their response. I had e-mailed their customer service before posting this review and got the following form message: "We read your comment about your package being delivered in an unsafe location. Weā€™re sorry for this experience, this is not our delivery standard. We wanted to let you know that the situation will be reviewed. Rest assured that we take your complaint very seriously. Weā€™re sorry for any inconvenience this situation may have caused. Thank you for taking the time to notify us of this situation." Just to be clear to anyone reading this, this IS their delivery standard as it has happened multiple times. Meanwhile I still have not seen my package. They will leave your valuables out in the open to be stolen.

Intelcom ignored my delivery instructions and left my package in an unsecured, public location (the lobby of my apartment, which has many residents and is out in the open in the view of some shops/businesses.) Mind you, there are several signs in the lobby stating it is prohibited to leave packages in the lobby, and my instructions specifically said to please leave it at my front door NOT at the lobby. This is unacceptable, lazy service. The elevator is right there and it takes one, MAYBE two extra minutes to deliver it to my front door and ensure it is delivered safely and does not get stolen. When I tried to call Intelcom to file a complaint, they claimed that my tracking number didnā€™t exist, yet I had my package from Intelcom right in front of me and I had my tracking updates in my email FROM Intelcom right in front of meā€¦ I told them my tracking number numerous times and ensured they had it right, and they tried to tell me that I must have had it delivered by a different company LOL.

This company was a choice from Amazon to pick up a return at my house. I work full time and could only do the weekend because the delivery guy can't just take it from the front step, they need to get it directly from me. I got an email that the driver is on its way at 9 am on Sunday. It's 1 pm now and I'm still waiting for the driver. I called the company and the agent told me that the driver is still far away and he will call me on his way. Useless! I was stuck at home all morning on Sunday. I would not pick them as a return option through Amazon never again.

Left my package outside the main entry to our building without even contacting me through the enterphone. I just happened upon it accidently. I've received no notification that it had been dropped off and it's been almost 3 hours. How much time does the driver save by not doing their job properly? The time it takes to push 3 buttons, say 'Hello. It's Amazon', then open the door; and put the package on the floor. This company continually shows it's lack of respect to there customers. Simply lazy and pathetic.
