In the past week I have had two unfortunate encounters with Intelcom. I will also preface with that I have had no other issues with them in the past. I spent all day Sunday waiting for them to pick up a return and they never showed, and never responded to my attempt to reschedule. Why would I wait around all day, you might wonder? Because that is the policy, you must hand the return to the driver. Ironically, today they delivered my package to the wrong address, I guess it is not policy to hand deliver packages being delivered. Anyway, live chat doesn't work and I type this while at the 60 minute wait mark on the phone. Their policy around wrong address delivery is that the customer is to take it up with the merchant, as though it's there problem, which seems to align with their overall level of customer service. I've included with this review a picture of not my house. Anyway, that's been my week with Intelcom. I'd suggest using just about anybody else.

Called these people before to resolve an issue. The rep was incredibly rude and defensive. Felt like he got off a bad call and started taking it out on me. Now 2 months later I decided to use their service to return something and no one shows up 2 attempts in a row. Mind you that they don't even tell you what time they'll show up. So I've been waiting each day until 10pm. No respect or consideration for your customers. Great way to start your business. Amazon should not be using you as an option. I'm definitely going to stop buying more Amazon products because of how difficult it has been to return my products. Do better. Edit: I have emailed you over a week ago and I got no response back, yet you are very keen on sending responses on google reviews. You might be able to do better if you stopped worrying about saving face and redirected that energy into helping your customers.

Return Pickup for Amazon. Rep came to the door and pasted missed pickup. Did not knock on the door or ring the door bell. Recorded on the door camera. How will we know. Pick time is not specified. There is no email address to send my complain. Bad reputation for Amazon.

The driver was incredible and very accommodating. He called ahead of the pick up which was very useful because I wasn't home. He did another pickup first so to give me time to get home and hand off the package being returned. No packaging, no paperwork, it was awesome! Well Done Lovneet!!!

EDIT 2: When I complained to Amazon a second time about how frustrating it has been to deal with this company, they issued a refund for my item without a return, so thankfully this saga is over for me (but no thanks to Intelcom for that at all). Don't bother emailing them, they will not help you. EDIT: If you contact this email to ""help"", they just send you the link to reschedule pick up again. I guess that proves that the entire company is garbage from the drivers to the "owner". Absolutely appalling service. This company is truly a joke. I would rate less than 1 star if I could. I have scheduled 3 separate pick up dates and ensured I was at home for the entire 8 am - 11 pm pick up window each time - no attempt to pick up each time. On the second scheduled day, I called customer service since there is conveniently no way to contact them otherwise, and despite that the 3 hour window had passed that it was meant to be picked up, she insisted that it would still be picked up that day, so we continued to wait around at home. Nothing. What is wrong with this company? I have no idea why Amazon is torturing their customers using this joke of a company for returns. Just an absolute awful experience. I had never heard of Intelcom before this but will obviously never, ever use them again and will warn anyone I can not to.
