In the past week I have had two unfortunate encounters with Intelcom. I will also preface with that I have had no other issues with them in the past. I spent all day Sunday waiting for them to pick up a return and they never showed, and never responded to my attempt to reschedule. Why would I wait around all day, you might wonder? Because that is the policy, you must hand the return to the driver. Ironically, today they delivered my package to the wrong address, I guess it is not policy to hand deliver packages being delivered. Anyway, live chat doesn't work and I type this while at the 60 minute wait mark on the phone. Their policy around wrong address delivery is that the customer is to take it up with the merchant, as though it's there problem, which seems to align with their overall level of customer service. I've included with this review a picture of not my house. Anyway, that's been my week with Intelcom. I'd suggest using just about anybody else.
