Intelcom does a really great job delivering for Amazon. I've never had a damaged parcel and they are left in a safe place out of the rain. Text and email updates very quick and accurate.

Packages always arrive on time and in excellent condition. I like the email updates letting me know they received my package, when it’s out for delivery and time of delivery. Great service!

I had ordered a package from Amazon, got notification in an email it was delivered but my door. Not inside the entrance way of the apt but on the street entrance right on the sidewalk. I live in a bad neighborhood and the delivery guy "Joshua" didn't even put it inside where the mail boxes are!!!!!! Now I have to fight with them as well as Amazon and I am on a strict and limited budget. The delivery was done to the building, not to the apt. door on the inside of the entrance where I have a doorbell camera. Sadly, I saw someone suspicious walk past on the sidewalk and back again. I know she took it but police wont do a thing. This was all the money I had to my name! Who leaves a package on the stoop of a building outside?????????

Loses packages, ridiculously slow and inefficient customer service. ---- In addition to their terrible service, I received a notice stating my package had been delivered. I called to discuss if maybe it had been dropped at another address, not only was the rep unable to tell me what happened to my package or where it was, they then CHANGED the status to waiting on merchant (amazon) for information. I don't understand how it's a feasible business practice to have poorly trained customer service reps change the status to cover up for a very clearly evident inability to perform what they're hired to do? I promise, I will do literally anything to ensure I never have to deal with this incompetence again.

Amazon package was delivered damaged. Requested pickup to return and they showed up multiple times with a pre handwritten note saying they attempted pickup. My security cameras show otherwise, assuming they don't get paid for pickups? Why offer the service if it just ends up being more frustrating than me dropping it off myself?
