They used to be such a great service, what happened? I am waiting for a package, well within earshot of my doorbell. No ringing of the doorbell, there is a pic of my stuff in my mailbox but two minutes later it's gone. Seems like they took the picture and grabbed the stuff back. Really really disappointed, they used to be the best delivery service in Montreal! Hope the delivery person enjoys the pink cat harness. 😒

NEVER AGAIN! Soooooooo unreliable! They were supposed to come pick up a package for a return and when I called intelcom to see whats going on because it was getting late, they said the driver went to the wrong address and they cannot do anything other than reschedule and waste another one of my day waiting for their incompetent drivers! Save yourself some time and go with another courrier !

The pickup service is terrible. 3 times they said they would come by to pick up my item, 3 times they didn't show up, no call, no email or text to let me know they weren't coming anymore. The next day i get an email asking me to reschedule but they still didn't show up at the agreed-upon time. It's been over a week i've been waiting to send this out, and will have to wait at least another 3 days because it's the weekend. This is unacceptable to me. I will not use their service again. CYA Edit: In response to your reply, no, you wouldn't like to help. If you'd wanted to help you'd show up when you said you would.
