My parcel was delivered today while we were away. I really appreciate that the driver, Francis, took 2 pictures...one showing the parcel at the door and one showing a large truck sitting in our driveway. It allowed us to contact our neighbour to find out what they knew about the truck (was cutting branches). It was extremely good thinking on his part, and we apologize if he had to walk through snowbanks to get to the door. Thank you!

Actually, It is the best carrier in Canada. They delivery 7days/week, faster and reliable under all weather conditions. Good tracking update. They target excellence. In my opinion they are around 98% efficacy, no others can reach these numbers. Bravo!!!!
