After 1 missing package, a preemptive email about the 2nd shipment turned a zero into a hero. I received the package 4 days early on a Sunday. So they do deliver 7 days a week. Four stars for a new company trying to work out the kinks. Just need fine tuning of the process and drivers. I'll reserve the option to edit.

Kind workers that got my package here in a timely manner even in spite of minor hiccups. My only issue is there is a duplicate named street in the town just off from me. This has led the drivers to the wrong town twice. Please make sure they are educated on duplicate street names (for example there is a first street in GB, NW, Donkin, Birch Grove). I do not fault the drivers necessarily because the two I had are seemingly new arrivals to CB and we all make mistakes in a new place. EDIT : I have dropped a star because this has happened for the third time. I am trying to be gracious but every box has all my information on it. Home address, town, postal code. Your drivers keep going to the wrong town because they're presumably only entering the street name and not including the town with it.

If there was zero stars I would give them that. Left my package in my walkway. Too lazy to walk to the door to knock or even leave it in the mailbox. So my package got wet because Nitin the driver was too lazy to walk to the door. Terrible service and thanks for the ruined package. Truly hope amazon will stop using this company

My package was late and damaged. I was sent false and untrue emails from this company about my package delivery. The tracking service online is NOT accurate. Why Amazon used you is beyond me. I will be calling them tomorrow to raise concerns. I urge everyone to avoid this company.

Terrible company. Amazon sent my order through them and they emailed me Dec 2 to say they were on the way with the package within 3 hours (and named the driver), then after it didn't arrive an email came through saying it was delayed and it would be here the next day. Amazon showed it would be delivered within a few days (Dec 6-9) by Dec 10 Amazon said it was likely lost and I could get a refund, and these guys send me another email all of a sudden saying it was coming within 3 hours (new driver listed). It never came. No way to contact them and the email even says their reps only have the tracking info I see. Brutal carrier. I hope Amazon drops them. Edit: Today, Dec 11/22, they delivered the package. Still not impressed. It was expected Dec 5 then was delayed to the 9th at the latest. One star review became two stars.
