This company sure could train other courier companies! Their communication to customers waiting for deliveries is impeccable. They have delivered Amazon orders twice this week, a day early! So appreciate this company. Very polite and nice delivery people as well. Thanks for the pleasant interaction. Keep up the great work.

The worst delivery service amazon uses. Any large items I've purchased such as TVs or sound bars have stated "out for delivery" on the day it should arrive, then never shows, tracking number can not be tracked, and never shows. The drivers definitely steal big ticket items or large purchases. Thankfully amazon is great for refunds. I would never use this service for any personal items. Absolutely horrible. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

So I received my package today. Pick it up bring it inside the house go to use the scissors to open it but I don’t need them because my package was already OPENED!! I then continue to open the box thinking “are my items still there”? They were, but there was also GARBAGE in the box…. And no I didn’t order any garbage! I haven’t had anything like this happen before. I do understand that things happen when getting deliveries. Packages and their contents can get damaged. But the box was opened as if they used scissors or something sharp. They closed the top just to make it look normal but didn’t try to tape it back. What an invasion of privacy!! Not to mention illegal! I did try to contact CS but they basically told me (after a while on hold) to contact Amazon, to go through them. I highly doubt that Amazon shipped a package already opened, but whatever…. I don’t want a refund, I don’t want anything. I just want them/the driver/ whoever opened the box and put their garbage in it- to do better!!!! Sincerely, a Karen in training! ✌🏻

Tracking and emails confirmed my package arrived in Thunder Bay Dec 9 and would be delivered that day. It is now Dec 18 and the package has not yet been delivered. Today the email stated the package would be delivered within three hours. As it is now 9pm it will not be delivered again. Calls to the head office were useless. Again promises of next day delivery. In fact I was told the package was in the truck and on the way. A request to speak with a supervisor was unsuccessful. A promised call back within 24 hours did not occur. I wonder if I will get my Christmas tree before the 24th of December.

I ordered a desk from amazon. And they delivered it when I wasn't home. So I thought it must have got stolen. So I ordered it again after getting refund from amazon. And today when I was home they delivered it to wrong address. No one came to my door, not even a phone call. How hard is it to check the address on google? They made same mistake twice. Even calling them won't solve any problem as they just say they will "look into it".
