Very good service as I always have with Intelcom. Certainly convenient when making a return to have the package picked up without needing to have a label or anything - my first time doing so it felt odd but I appreciated quickly receiving confirmation with a photo of my pkg. The driver was very pleasant and assured me I didn't have to do anything else! Thank you.

The item I purchased was damaged and returning it was so easy. It took minutes to complete the return request and having the item picked up from my home was so convenient. I'm very happy this option is available because it saves you having to package the item and there were no extra fees to return it for a refund.

I frequently order stuff from Amazon and the Intelcom drivers are always friendly and reliable. I trust them and I know that my items will arrive in good condition and on time. They have very busy jobs so I appreciate the extra care!

I was really excited to receive my package today only to get a notification at 4 that they were unable to deliver. I was sitting right beside my front door at 4 waiting for them. They didn't even bother knocking or coming up to the house. This happens all the time and I really wish Amazon used a different delivery company. I would also like to add that I've used their pickup return twice, and both times I receive emails saying that they're on their way and they don't show up until days later. I have a job. I need to leave the house to work and I also need to sleep. I can't just sit by my front door for four days

This is the WORSE delivery service. I got express shipping for a reason but my package isn’t even here yet. Customer service is the also the worse. No one picks up the phone, if they do, they hang up in your face. Why say delivery attempted when NOTHING has been attempted. This is the 4th day. RIDICULOUS. Don’t be a delivery company if you can’t even do that.
