I have received several deliveries from Intelcom and I am extremely happy with their service. The packages are usually d elivered a day or two before the expected delivery date. On the occasion I met Intelcom drivers who delivered the packages, they were always friendly, courteous and were usually smiling. Thank you Intelcom for your excellent delivery service. I would recommend your company to anyone who requires a delivery service.

Intelcom always deliver on Amazon's estimated arrival date, but more often before! Plus they deliver 7 days of the week from 8AM to 10PM!!!!!! Unlike the competition who don't deliver on weekends and use bankers hours. Intelcom is by far the best shipping option I know of!!!!!!!!!

I needed to return a package, received an email and scheduled return pick up. No one showed up. I went to the website and rescheduled, no one showed up. I called again and I was assured someone will come to pick up the return. No one came. I called again. No one came to pick the package. This is 5th day I trying to arrange a pick up. I was on hold for 1hrs and got disconnected. Please can someone take care of this matter? I am so frustrated... This is the 6th time I contacted your company via phone and twice via website. No one came to pick up my package... What is it going to take to finally take action? I was disconnected numerous times with no answer so how many times will it take for your company to deliver what you promise? This SAGA started on Nov12th it is now Nov 23rd... Worst courrier ever! Anything I order from amazon gets to them in Timmins overnight but then takes a week to get it delivered to my house..ridiculous

Intercom delivery personnel are awesome, they follow delivery directions and deliver right to my apartment door with a polite knock. They are 100 times better than Canada Post.
