I don't normally leave reviews, especially bad ones. But this is my second experience with this company. The first was they were supposed to pick up items for return. They kept re-booking, and not showing up for weeks. Finally I left the package to be picked up in front of my apartment door, clearly labeled, to pick up at their convenience. They delivered a new package but didn't pick up the package left for them. Then they left a package in front of the door at work, on the sidewalk, after working hours, in the DTES. The sign on the door clearly gives directions for deliveries. I was working late and by some miracle the package was still there when I was leaving. If you have any choice do not use this company.

Worst experience ever. They left my package outside my apartment building, totally unsafe place and the package was stolen. I called to complain, the staff told me that they not deliver outside of buildings in September 2022, due to Covid. However, I just received a delivery from delivery company the day before, which was drop right at my apartment door. Online retailers should seize from using this very unreliable delivery company. They really break the trust customer have in making online purchases. I will certainly avoid making online purchases from sellers that use this company to avoid repetition of this incident.

It is an absolute WONDER how these clowns are still in business. They delivered 3 of my packages to surrey since October 7th. It’s November 16th. EACH time the package went through Richmond. I LIVE IN RICHMOND. Do they know how to read? Surrey is a 35min drive. My place is a 7mind drive from their location.

This company lost my package during Christmas season, but they signed as delivered. I contact them immediately for help, and they said will respond within 24 hours, then never call me back! Worst experience ever.
