Except for City of Montreal area, this is the worst delivery services ever. I have Amazon deliveries (Destination Rimouski and Rivière-du-Loup) stuck in Quebec city since December 6th, Today is December 18th. Those are Christmas Gifts for young children, imagine the drama on Christmas Eve. Spoke with a Amazon Customer Services Agent in Seattle today. He said that they are loosing Money because of Intelcom. Amazon policies are that you can ask a refund after 48h pass garantied delivery date, and telling you to keep the package if it is finally delivered. He added also that there’s a great amount of Customers from province of Quebec that are closing their account because of Intelcom. I never had comments like this from Amazon before… Maybe that is a sign that Amazon will get a new courrier delivery company! Or they just really fed up of customer calling to complaint about intelcom

By far the worst delivery company. Buying a package on amazon is now a dice roll where you hope not to get Intelcom. Can't believe these guys are still running. Was awful in the past and still is.

I have been waiting for the delivery of my package for more than 3 weeks, with no update on their site. When I call, the person on the phone speaks terrible French and English and I don't understand anything. It's normal to have delays during the holidays, but not to this extent... it's simply unacceptable. Amazon has confirmed that they can refund but the notice will be sent to Intelcom not to deliver the package. Very ordinary when it's for Christmas gifts...

An order I placed took so long to arrive that the seller refunded me. Finally, it arrived super late and the delivery man rang and left the package on the ground, in front of the door a few meters from the street. He didn't even give me time to get to the door. He left in less time than it takes to cross 2 rooms. Not having been there, the package would probably have been stolen.
