Every time i tell the driver which is NEVER the same person, that this is A STORE, we close at 5pm, its been 3 times in the past week they deliver at the front door my package after 8pm, even as late as 9:45pm!! Yesterday i had 3 packages, they were split between 2 drivers, what a waste… When they deliver after close, i have to take my car drive 30min from my house to my shop to take the package so it doesnt get stolen. The thing is i choose my delivery adress based on work days and off days. Also when i sent packages at home they dont ring they just leave it at front door in an appartment, and half the time the package is stolen before i can pick it up. We advise, we make complain and nothing change. This company doesnt care of their customers at all. Avoid at all cost

for 2 consecutive days my delivery was postponed. Got the email I would receive my package in the next 3 hours and never received it. I have instructions on closing time but seems they don't look at them. Very dissatisfied.

Amazon Canada should change its delivery partner to something more reliable like DHL. INTELCOM seems to be some make shift partner operating out a garage. I haven't received s single delivery from INTELCOM, some of them were even damaged and had to be returned without me even finding the package. Some kind of scam is at play. People are reporting stolen deliveries in Sherbrooke. Seems like the truck is being followed and the parcel is picked up by some random guy as soon as INTELCOM leaves it at their doorstep.

Worst delivery service there is, if the package is not sent to the wrong adresse, it get stolen one or the other you gotta about 10% chance to get what you order these days.
