Courier came Friday, but I wasnt there (my bad). I waited on Saturday, no delivery attempt made. Okay; not open on weekends? Delivery attempt made on Sunday... (I was away). I called early on Monday, waited on hold for 30 minutes before getting the privilege of asking them to have driver contact me to avoid this continuing. Never got the call. In fact there was no attempt to contact me the entire time, despite two failed delivery attempts across three days and the request to do so. They never issued a delivery notice; I had to manually check everyday to see if anything had happened. Most of this could have been avoided by using the information requested for the delivery — like the contact number. Now I have the honour of going and picking up my package instead. Very ineffective management, folks. I would avoid Intelcom if you can as there is no support when things go wrong nor any accountability.
