As of writing this, my package delivery has been postponed 5 times even though the package tracker stated that the delivery would arrive with in the next 3 hours at 9am, and I'm still waiting for it. I both called and emailed to ask what was going on, they got everything correct and fixed, to no avail. If I was physically allowed to, it would be faster to just pick it up myself.

Worst delivery service. When they do deliver a parcel. The lazy delivery driver will always leave them in unsafe places. (I have the pictures) After several complaints they still left all following parcels on the steps instead of between the doors as requested. The latest parcel was not delivered but through the tracking number showed they had received it 8 days ago. I called to see what the delay was. I was told they would look into it. The next day it was marked damaged and returned to vendor. I called 3 more times to get more information and to open a claim. I asked for pictures of the damaged parcel, surely they take pictures for liability reasons. The call center (not in North America) said he couldn’t help me and hung up on me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

UPDATE: WHY?? I was home. “Package returned to warehouse The shipment has been returned to our warehouse. Your delivery will automatically be rescheduled for the next business day. 2022-12-15, 5:45 PM Delivery postponed We weren't able to deliver your package. Your delivery will automatically be rescheduled for the next business day.” My package was out for delivery but never came, for some reason it went back to the warehouse. Today received an email this morning said it would be delivered within 3 hours by Christian C.…still no package! Online tracking doesn’t say it’s out for delivery as it’s not updated. Impossible to get through to anyone. Website is not user friendly to contact a customer service representative.

The worst experience with a courier I have had. The provided very little information and most of that was incorrect, or possibly dishonest. The only thing the “proof of delivery ” photo proved was that my parcel was delivered to the wrong address, who knows where? Certainty not anyone at customer service, who provided no assistance at all. Very disappointed! Update in response to your comment: Oh that’s rich! The courier company charged with delivering my package is now asking me if I have retrieved it! And as you have requested, I have already contacted you at customer service. I’m still awaiting the outcome of your “review” of how you deliver my parcel to someone else’s address. Please explain if your “review” includes more than just asking me if it has shown up.

Despite an email letting me know my parcel would be delivered within three hours, it never was. And in addition to that they sent me an email that it would arrive the next day which it never did. After that I spoke with someone at head office that informed me that the parcel would be on a truck the next day. It has still not arrived. It has been in my city for an entire week and has spent all of its time at their office without delivery. There is no one to contact and they do not update their tracking information. Avoid this company if at all possible!
