So nice to have a carrier that provides up to date tracking and communication. Delivers right to my door. No more pick up reminders left in my mailbox by Canada Post because they couldn’t be bothered to deliver it even though you were home. Great Service Intelcom and keep up the good work!

So appreciative of the easy and hassle-free experience to have someone come and pick up your return. Great that they send you an email to confirm they’re on their way. It’s too bad they can’t provide you with a window of time that they will come by, but such a convenient service nonetheless.

Issue : Driver comes to deliver a package, much appreciated. Knocks on the door again after 2 mins to pick 2 return items & insists in not taking the printed item bar code, says " I have been doing this for 3 yrs".... Result:. inexpensive item was registered for refund... and expensive item is "MIA"..... Conclusion: lets do the old drop off at Canada Post , more work, but never failed once.

Horrible!! I ordered a bed frame and mattress as I have no bed to sleep on and the delivery driver decided he didn’t feel like following the instructions (to buzz me and I’d let him in) NEVER received a call to my number or from the buzzer. Just an email stating he “attempted to deliver it” no he didn’t. At all. Then I called customer service and he said the driver would go back to deliver it but driver never showed up. EDIT: I called again the next morning, customer service rep was SUPER rude after I asked if he could notify driver to buzz me. He said “you called us yesterday do you want me to repeat the same exact thing to you” with a bunch of attitude. Then he told me “the driver knows he has to buzz you”, a few hours go by and it says delivered so I check the lobby and the super tells me the delivery drivers left it in the lobby and a man took the packages about 20 minutes later. He saw it on camera. No call. No buzz. NOTHING to notify me my packages were left there. $400 purchase stolen because these guys DONT know how to do their job.

Just an update to my original post where I got a reply asking to phone them to fix the problem. I did contact them and I was told that the delivery will be completed on that day. It didn't and I had to wait 11 days before the item arrived. They are a terrible company and unless you want hassle getting an order you paid for, you should contact Amazon, as I did, and ask not to use them as a delivery service. Even the customer service is a farce. Poor, unreliable courier ....always days late, don't show up but they said they did (I have a security camera), and unreliable. I am waiting for an Amazon package that was to be delivered 2 days ago. A quick search shows that other people experience these same problems with intelcom and give them a poor rating. I would hope that as more people complain, Amazon will replace them as a courier. I esclated my complaint to Amazon, saying that I do not want this company to deliver any further purchases to me or I will cancel my prime next day delivery service. Intel is hurting the Amazon brand.
