Trying to return an Amazon package. Absolute terrible company and customer service. All I'm trying to do is find out an estimated time bracket every delivery service will at least give you a 4-Hour time bracket this company refuses to give you any information. I made a call to arrange for pickup instructions I left the package hiding on the side of my house. The customer service rep said they put notes for the driver to pick up the package at the side of the front door behind the downspout where I left the package. Lo and behold I come home and there's just a tag on the door saying they missed us. I should add that I also gave the customer service rep my phone number when I called and asked them to have the driver call me when they are here just to kind of verbally tell him exactly where the package was not that it was hidden very well. They did no such thing. For a company half owned by Canada Post I completely expect garbage service my recommendation is just use your local Purolator drop off location if returning an Amazon package based on my experience. Yes you have to bring it there but it'll save you a lot of frustration from not having to deal with this terrible delivery service Intelcom
