First experience with this company and I'm appalled by how horribly it operates. Getting an Amazon package delivered when you work a lot is almost impossible, especially when you live in an apartment. If by some chance I'm able to answer my phone, I'm given no chance to ask if they can come at a specific time. It's just a quick "okay, we'll try again tomorrow." I'd get my package sooner and it'd even be easier for me to just go to their facility and pick it up myself. My building has the Canada Post delivery safes and I can't help but think how much easier it would be if it was delivered by them. Not to mention I know that my packages are small and would definitely fit in my mailbox. I wish I could request for a different service to deliver my packages.

So unhappy with the service. Apparently the driver “attempted delivery” last night but no one was here , no notice left and no phone call. Called last night to make a complaint and this morning to inquire where said package was only to be told that it’s at the warehouse with no idea if it will go out today!!!! Like seriously???? I had another smaller package delivered today from you and guess what….the driver called right away and I was able to go down and accept it. Your drivers need to get on the same page!! I’m so angry because I’m waiting on my mattress that’s in some kind of weird limbo!!!!!!!!!

Worst delivery company in the country! Couriers constantly lying in their reports that they attempted delivery, while no attempt have been made, when calling the call center, they refuse to transfer to the management, telling you that they update the information while doing nothing in reality! Couriers just making extra money to charge the company for delivery while not even attempting the delivery but getting paid for the trip. Such a lie helps the couriers make extra money! This is very unprofessional and disgusting!

Most of the time they deliver to my door but they never knock on the door they just put package on step and leave , lucky at this point nothing has been stolen . Other times I get a notice saying wrong address on package and they drop it off at KJA ventures which is fine but when I get someone to pick it up it has the correct address. Sometimes they take it back to Dawson Creek next city over and tell me that I have to drive 86 km to their facility when they could have dropped the package off at my house or at KJA ventures. Then dealing with customer service is absolutely atrocious very hard to understand as most barely speak English they tell me that they cannot send my package back to my address or to KJA in the city where I live then when I ask to speak to a supervisor or someone else they refuse and tell me that there is no supervisor and refuse to transfer my call to another agent I have to hang up re dial and wait for the next available person who would tell me that my package is actually in fort st John at KJA ventures. I work 6 days a week Sundays off so I have to find someone to collect for me and KJA ventures does not have any packages for me I call Amazon they get involved and find out that intelecom has lost my package and do not know where it is . This company seems to have no accountability for there lack of services lack of customer service and no complaints department
