Worst delivery company at large, there are so many complaints on social media platforms of botched deliveries, customer service is even worst. Their agents have zero etiquette and hang up on people without solving anything. Getting them deprioritized as a courtier is hellish but 40% of the time I have an issue with this particular courier and they can’t bother to be accountable and professional and find a solution. Like we pay premium for express deliveries to arrive on certain dates. It’s really unprofessional not to bother delivering to the right address and not to bother helping getting it to the customer. and a few months later So someone from Intelhell rings my doorbell and doesn't deliver the package- I assume the driver was going to steal it so I call the company immediately after they were supposed to have delivered the package and spoke to a cs agent who lied about 4 times in the call and only mentioned a delivery would be reattempted sometime this week after I mentioned I was going to report it stolen to the police. I don't get what is wrong with this delivery company...
