Delivery person rang buzzer to get in my building also to let me know they arrived. The delivery person brought the package to my door. This type of delivery is 5 star service. By not leaving packages around the buildings etc. You are sure to receive your items without any hassle. I now can finally five a 5 star rating for the last two deliveries.

Three times they appointed a time to pick up the parcel from me and did not come. every time I wait for them until ten in the evening and they do not come, and then they send an e-mail that I have to reschedule the date on their website. And they warn that they will not be able to come on the same day, as if I am doing this for the first time, and not after they deceived me several times. And so on in a circle. it's amazing

1-star is WAY too many. Absolutely terrible service. Losing packages. No accountability. Incorrect communication. Empty promises. I don't expect a lot, but i don't understand how this company stays afloat considering how unreliable they are. Every time I call I am told to wait another 24hrs and 'a msg has been sent to their supervisor'... and again with no shows and zero communication. And then emails days later saying the product was delivered... even though I've been home all day literally sitting next to my window working and nothing has shown up. And then fake signatures in the email. This is not the first time I have experienced this with Intelcom. Essentially every package (whether a pick up or delivery) has been problematic. DO NOT USE THEM. This is a warning. Worst service ever. Seriously.

My package arrived from the driver exactly as it said it would be, everything that was inside my box was intact without any damage to it at all, plus all my stuff I’d ordered from Amazon inside the box works perfectly without any complaints. EXTREMELY unprofessional and a joke of a delivery company. I had a parcel from Amazon get marked as 'received' at their Dartmouth warehouse on July 29th. Delivery was set for the following day (Saturday). It did not show up, so the delivery was updated to Sunday or Monday. By Monday we still had no parcel, so I called Amazon and they processed a refund after deeming it lost. I then called Intelcom to confirm it was lost, as the price of the item had increased and I wanted to be certain before reordering. The person on the phone told me it was likely just misplaced in the warehouse and that they'd reach out to them to have another look. 2 minutes later it was marked as lost in transit. I called back, asking why they only took 2 minutes to look, and after a long conversation with a very rude service agent, I was basically told to go to the warehouse in person and deal with it myself. I was faced with more rudeness in this location, and was basically told by Intelcom employees that it was likely stolen by a worker/driver, and that it happens very frequently and there's nothing they can do about it. They admitted it was stolen, and when I expressed concerns that it could be stolen again should I reorder, they told me that yes, there's a chance that could happen. Don't trust this company with shipping anything of any value. I don't like accusing companies/people of stealing, but if the company itself admits to it, it's clearly not a company that should be in business.
