Really didn't think it would be so hard to get the deliveries put inside the delivery box on the step. I even wrote on the top for deliveries to be put inside, delivery instructions on the package say to put inside the box. Yet it has never gone inside the box, always on the wet slushy front step. You can even see the delivery box in each delivered photo

This is the 2nd time this company has damaged my lawn by attempting to turn around on my lawn tearing it up and creating large rutts instead of just backing out of my driveway. They took off without any concern about the damage they created. Not sure where they get their driver's license from. Very unprofessional drivers this company hires.

Awesome delivery and pick up of online orders thru Amazon. They try their best to give the best customer service. I have observed through several deliveries and pick ups that some drivers can hardly speak English so they might be new to this country. All the more I admire this company because they are willing to give newcomers a chance to gain work experience. And congratulations to the newcomers who are working hard trying their best to be productive. Intelcom, thank you!

First time this service was used for an Amazon delivery to me. Very impressed with accurate notifications from start - to package at door - and the speed / arrival much earlier than projected. Hope this satisfying experience is repeated on other deliveries - or did I just get lucky?!! Thank you.

Ive never had a problem with this delivery service until today. Got an email saying my parcel would be delivered within the next 3 hours but then half an hour later got an email saying attempted delivery issue. Parcel was taken back to warehouse. Drivers buzz up to my apartment when they arrive and nobody buzzed up since I was here the entire time. Im not sure what the 'issue' was but it seems like the driver just chose to skip my building.
