I had to leave 1 start because there was no zero option. The absolute worst courier service in the country. They constantly leave my package by the road or the wrong house. I even watched a driver toss my package out the window. Very unprofessional drivers and poor customer service when I call the complain. The latest incident, the driver tossed my package in the middle of the driveway. How lazy. What if I didn't see it there and I backed over it with my car?

Had a 300$ package delivered to my apartment. The delivery driver left it in the lobby where anyone off the street could pick it up. Got home a short time later package was gone. Intelcom said it’s not their problem because they delivered it and there is proof because the guy took a picture of it in the lobby. He said i should go to the guy who sold it to me and ask for a refund which was hilarious. After i asked to speak to a manager i was told there isn’t one here right now. I asked when there would be one he said he didn’t have that information. I asked if he could go find out when i could call back and he said good bye and hung up on me. Ive never been treated so poorly. This company does not care about delivering your package safely so that it won’t be stolen. They hired by FedEx and they could care less if your product actually ends up in your hands. As long as someone takes it they’re happy

Usually Intelcom has been good at picking up my return packages. But this time has been terrible. I got a text saying they were gonna come pick up my package and no one came. This happened 4 days in a row… I finally phoned to ask what was going on. The person was very rude. Said he couldn’t help me without a tracking number. I finally found it on Amazon and he said they were coming to pick it up that day. Even when I explained to him what had been happening he said they r picking it up. No one came again. Finally 5 days later I canceled my return on Amazon only to realize I couldn’t take it to the nearby post office so I put in for another return on intelcom. I phoned and the guy said my tracking number wasn’t working. I simply asked if they were having delays but he said he couldn’t answer me without a tracking number. I asked if I could speak to a manager and he said no one was able to help me and refused to transfer me. He told me multiple times he was hanging up now. I phoned again and the person found my tracking info and said someone is gonna come get it Thursday. I explained I’ve waited for almost a week and is there delays? They simply said someone is coming Thursday. So I’ll believe it when I see it. All in all terrible customer service

Terrible service!! I can't believe Amazon uses such an unreliable and poorly operated company!! I have a rural address but am part of the City of Beaumont and can see Beaumont from my kitchen window. Very easy to find. The first parcel Intelcom delivered they left leaning against the base of the post where my Journal box is, right along a public rural road. Anyone driving by could have taken it. Every other delivery company drives up my driveway and delivers the parcel to my house! The second delivery apparently they couldn't find my address so a promised delivery of Friday now turns into hopefully Monday!!! The reason I ordered the item was because of the promised delivery date as I needed it for Saturday. When I phone and asked if they could deliver it through the weekend after learning Friday they couldn't find me they said no because the driver rescheduled it for maybe Monday!!!! There was no concern or customer PR at all. Terrible service and I do not recommend them to anyone!!

No specific time on then my package was set to arrive and no one called me. If Amazon is contracting Intelcom, buckle up, and stay on your toes! UPDATE- WISH I WOULD GIVE A 0 STAR. I woke up the next day, tracked my package, and it said it will be delivered today but it didn't have a set time. checked again an hour later and it said delivery failed!!!!! WE! WELL! TRY! AGAIN! TOMORROW! give me an estimated time!!!! I was on a conference call!!!! The best part is when I called him back 7 min later, he said they will have to try again tomorrow. Like you must be a block away, couldn't you just circle back, I'll be waiting at the front door, but no. I hate this services, its just an electric saving kit so its not the end of the world, but at this point I'm going to return this and spent the extra few bucks and support local for now on. my whole day can't be spent waiting by the front door for you clowns.
