About 20% delivery success rate... 40% of deliveries go to my next door neighbour (despite SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS ON THE ADDRESS LABEL) and 20% just go to random strangers, because if you can't find the correct address, ANY doorstep will do...? JFC. And then they want me to do the legwork to contact the vendor for a refund. Merry Christmas.

Intelcom offers an incredible and superior service compared to others. Friends in Ottawa and near Montreal only wish they would receive an email communication before and after the delivery of their package. Intercom never let me down, it has been 5 stars from the start.

They say they attempt, but don't. 3 days waiting at home, emails stating your item will be delivered in 3hrs, 12 hrs later sorry we attempted delivery but ..... called the service line although friendly, not helpful. Not good at all. Christmas gifts that don't arrive makes for unhappy customers. Would never recommend this courrier!

This is the best company to steal your stuff, yes in the last month they have stolen 2 packages worth 500$ , enough is enough someone somewhere is going to het arrested, I am calling the police on them !

The ddriver and delivery guy was super kind and funny with my youngest son. He took a few minutes to chat with him while I am sure he had many deliveries waiting. He was great!
