Intelcom definitely improved over the year so Great job for them. Recently, every package has been delivered accordingly, so I am very grateful to all the delivery persons. Here 2 tips that can improve the overall customer experience. 1) Have the drivers ring one (1) time when he delivers the package. A lot of them just drop the package on the floor and leave (I do understand their position when they have to deliver tons of packages in a absurd amount of time) 2) Have the Intelcom notification system (email) sync with the actual package delivery. A couple of days ago, I had my first package stolen. I receive an automatic notification via email at around 6PM (that the package has been delivered) and it was pitch black outside. I immediately opened the door and the package was not there. Upon looking at the photo of the delivery person, it was taken during the afternoon when it was still sunny (I was home all day and he did not rang at the door). Good thing it was just Amazon basics batteries. Thank you very much Intelcom for all the packages that you are able to send out to many homes.
