Intelcom definitely improved over the year so Great job for them. Recently, every package has been delivered accordingly, so I am very grateful to all the delivery persons. Here 2 tips that can improve the overall customer experience. 1) Have the drivers ring one (1) time when he delivers the package. A lot of them just drop the package on the floor and leave (I do understand their position when they have to deliver tons of packages in a absurd amount of time) 2) Have the Intelcom notification system (email) sync with the actual package delivery. A couple of days ago, I had my first package stolen. I receive an automatic notification via email at around 6PM (that the package has been delivered) and it was pitch black outside. I immediately opened the door and the package was not there. Upon looking at the photo of the delivery person, it was taken during the afternoon when it was still sunny (I was home all day and he did not rang at the door). Good thing it was just Amazon basics batteries. Thank you very much Intelcom for all the packages that you are able to send out to many homes.

Intelcom used to suck (pre-pandemic) but my recent experiences w/ them have been great. Love the email notification w/ name of delivery person and the delivery time window. Some other companies don't even bother ringing the doorbell and just leave the packages at the door. Keep up the good work!

The driver took pictures of the label on the package thĆ© out side of the building and the door where he left it. I was extremely impressed with the efficiency. Keep up the good work šŸ˜Š

Honestly the worst service ever. They send me an email saying that someone is on the way to pick up my package for a return. Iā€™m waiting all day long and NO ONE IS SHOWING UP. I canā€™t keep waiting for someone especially when I have work to do and when Iā€™m paying for the service. Iā€™ve rescheduled two times already!!! I also took the time to call the customer service and the person specifically told me that someone will show up today. I am very disappointed. I am not doing any business with you anymore!
