Can we all just take a second and appreciate how good this delivery service is compared to all the big companies that are out there. These guys are on time and the items are always at the right address. They go out of their way to prove proof of delivery or make it so that your package is not stolen. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys since they came to our area, and I hope other couriers follow suit with how well they manage deliveries

If I could give it a Zero I would , twice now I have had 2 Intelcom drivers in Cornwall do some sketchy stuff while delivering my packages . First time , the driver delivered to my front door , took his photo , stayed on my front balcony chatting on the phone , then walked to the other end of my balcony and peeked in my dining room window ! Today the driver knocked on the FRONT window (not the door) then proceeded to the back yard , opened my gate and delivered to the back door, I have 2 dogs , had they ran at him or been back there it would've been my fault right!? I have a ring doorbell camera that captured all of this before anyone says this couldn't have happened , I have proof .I called to make a complaint and needless to say they are less then helpful on the phone lines as well . Deliver to my front door , take your picture for proof it was delivered and leave ! that's the one and only thing you have to do.

These people are consistently fantastic! Huge snowfall for my last delivery and the guy walked up my country drive, through the snow to deliver. Thank you!

I received a notification telling me they attempted delivery at 8:27. I was right here and watching out my patio door due to what was being delivered. There was never a delivery truck, a phone call so I say NO, delivery was NOT attempted
