Your drivers do not respect speed limits. Your owners and management should be held accountable for public safety and ensuring your staff follow posted signage. Peeling around recklessly in a subdivision with a posted limit of 35 is not acceptable.

If I could give them 0 I definitely would. Everytime I receive a package from intelcom I have to play hide and seek to find it. Never have they ever dropped a package off to the front door. They drive in and literally throw it out of their window and leave it in the middle of my yard, down by my shop door, the back of my truck, or this one in the middle of the driveway, to later be drove over from another delivery driver!! Intelcom is a joke and has zero respect with their delivery service. Amazon really needs to drop intelcom from their delivery services.

I've gotten several parcels from intelcom and I can't say enough GOOD things about them. My parcels are always early or right on time. Always in perfect condition. Drivers are very quiet and respectful of delivery instructions. I would recommend them to anyone! 😊

Always says "out for delivery" when it is not. This can be the status for days. Lost and late packages are a consistent issue. I've waited almost a week for a package that was 30 minutes away. Absolutely zero customer service. No chat options. If you do reach someone it's done guy who barely speaks English on his cell phone while at a party... As unprofessional as it gets.

If Canada Post has anything to do with Intercom's delivering goods to customers for Amazon it is a bad day for consumers of Amazon. They don't even try to deliver the goods they just say they do and have the costumer go and pick it up from them and they are getting away with it. Their drivers cannot even read directions properly. I am so frustrated with Amazon because I don't believe this is the first time they are hearing of this problem news.
