While it is understandable a schedule gets disrupted (accident, delay, etc.) it cannot be covered with a lie, just to keep 'records' maintained. Too many times we've received an email saying "tried to deliver, no one home", when we were, or "delivered at 830 today" when it wasn't (only to show up a day later). Just be honest - things happen. But the straw that broke the camel's back was when a driver came creeping around my home at 1230am, in the dark, to dump the packages in front of my door in the rain. Absolutely unacceptable. To complain is futile - how else will we get our packages? No one suffers any consequences. Seems as though neither Intelecom or Amazon care and we have no way to make them. And let me guess - the reply to this will ask me to "contact us @ xyz email". They say they want to hear, but do nothing about it. Wish I could make millions "not doing my job properly" 😒

0 stars needs to be designed for this company. Missing packages, broken packages. They literally throw your packages at your door, drop packages from chest height, lose them, mis deliver, they're the worst delivery company available. Fast? Sure. But they don't treat their employees properly and it shows on the packages that never show or the ones broken. Worst delivery company available, no contest

Usually good delivery. Driver Matt backed up into our car today (caused considerable damage) and drove away without even leaving a note. Witnessed by a neighbour. Police report made and insurance notified. Intelcom worker on the phone this evening said "somebody will call you tomorrow." Will update with how this plays out. Update - A week later and trying to sort this out and hear back (which didn't happen within 24 hours), Intelcom has finally contacted us to say they're ceasing communication as there is a police investigation (because it's a criminal charge of failing to remain).
