Says my package is at warehouse in my small town. For 3 weeks. Keeps telling me going to be delivered in 24-48 hours. Still waiting & calling them. They won't let me pick it up myself. I'm so frustrated. It's the one parcel I wanted the most. Got the others . Not the first time I had issues with them. So from now on. I don't order anything unless it's delivered by Canada Post or some other well known main postal service! Intelcom is probably one of the best delivery service. But not in the small town I live in. So no offense to the company as a whole! Nor am I including any other affiliation to Intelcom...😔 I'm still waiting for almost a month. It's in a warehouse in a town of 3000 people. 😣 Update: Thanks for your offer, but I will let it go. I just won't take a chance on ordering the item I still never got. Was the package I wanted the most. I think probably a shady delivery person stole in and marked it lost! I'm starting to believe that Intelcom in Yellowknife needs to have tight security, supervision, vulnerable sector pass... To work with them.. It's obvious some of their workers are stealing a lot of items! No company makes this many mistakes by accident,! I won't order if they are the delivery service! Not worth the gamble.

Everyday they say they attempted to deliver my package. My house stands out I have big numbers labeling the address. For the past 4 days it says attempted delivery then my new order says attempted delivery I always have someone home and they have always left it on my deck. When I call I get a toll free call center and they say I'll email them and nothing happens. Their address on Google isn't even their address. So there is no way to get ahold of them directly. Brutal company...

Not a fan. My packages arrived on Monday but were only delivered on the Thursday. Knowing that I would not be home for the delivery, I went to their facility in the hopes of just picking them up myself since I had the tracking numbers - I would have called and asked but their office doesnt seem to have a number. I went to the address that they have listed on Google, but a neighbour of the warehouse told me that they moved... I expect somebody from Intelcom to reply to my review in the hopes of "resolving" this (as they have to other), but companies like this cannot be helped, nor do they care. The only positive here is that they did a good job storing my packages for those days.

Terrible, I have an order that's at the warehouse in town. I've called 5(different business days) times to continue to be told it'll be delivered the following day. I'd pick it up. But no not an option. So frustrating! But hey maybe in the next 24h I'll get a call back with an update. Website also shows its in town.

There's no way to call locally and see if a parcel is arrived. The phone number goes straight to Montreal and they can't help you if Amazon didn't include a tracking number.

Issues with delivery in Yellowknife. My address could not be found therefore the package was sent back. Called customer service it was no help. The agent kept telling me to call amazon which I did before and was not listening to my question. I was asking what I could do to prevent the situation from happening again. I had to hung up on him. Next step I will go to the depot in Yellowknife to verify if the delivery man can read. Bunch of incompetent people.

Packages always seem to sit in their warehouse for 3 days, being delivered on the last date in the Amazon shipping date range. Very inefficient delivery company, I wish Amazon would not use this company on any orders but I don't have a choice.

My parcel arrived in Yellowknife on Sunday the 10th at 4am... today is the 14th and I'm still waiting!? It SHOULD NOT take 4 or more days to get from their mail centre to my mail box less than 5km away. This is ridiculous. People pay for Prime to get fast, convenient shipping! This is anything but fast and convenient!

Every one of my packages says "In transit" but when I look at the tracking number, none of them even left the facility. Now all of them say N/a as if they dont exist! This happened 3 times now, and I'm sick of it

It's strange how multiple packages can be sitting at their warehouse, they deliver one, while the other two sit there for days. The delivery service is occasionally really great and fast, and I love that they send pictures when delivered. However, most of the time I end up watching my package on the tracker sit in town for 3 to 4 days before it gets delivered. Never thought I'd say it, but Canada Post is actually faster at delivery than Intelcom. Unfortunately Amazon only allows you to ship with Intelcom these days... Not sure if the Yellowknife location is just understaffed or what. Hopefully things improve.

I have always ordered from Amazon and pay for faster shipping. This has never been an issue until intelcom arrived and took over the delivery once the package arrives here. Unfortunately, Amazon’s delivery guarantee cannot be upheld due to the intelcom office here. My last package arrived here on April 18th and has been sitting in the warehouse since then with no notice of delivery. Very disappointing. I have already emailed intelcom regarding this as I am sure they would like to be aware when a branch is not upholding their company’s promises.

They're inconsistent and unreliable. Packages sit in the warehouse for a week before delivery, delivery guy doesn't always show up the day he said he would, and they don't allow pickup at their location, which means you can play cat and mouse with them for days before finally getting your package. But my most recent order was just lost, after supposedly being at their facility for about 9 days. I ended up getting a refund and cancelling my Amazon membership because this delivery service is too much of a pain to deal with.
