Intelcom is a delivery service sometimes used by Amazon. I received a notification saying my package had been delivered and was signed for. I opened my unit door and there was no package. My contact info was clearly displayed on the package including the ring #. This driver(Charlotte) did not use the ring number but she got into the lobby. She left my package in the lobby (I live in a 14 story building so I shouldn’t have to tell you that many people access the lobby). The signature provided, which was shown in the notification email, was not my signature but hers. Did she try to forge my signature using my initials. I’ve tried to contact them to file a complaint but I didn’t even get a response. That tells me they don’t care about customer service therefore they don’t care about their customers. At this point I can only hope that Amazon drops this company and yes I did find a way to let Amazon know what happened. It’s just a waiting game now to see if they care about customer service.

At 226pm on Wednesday July 13th, one of your drivers in vehicle #ott20413, dodge caravan ontario cmes 562 was driving probably 50 or more over the speed limit on the highway 138. Driving super aggressive and smoking in a marked intelcom vehicle. I was really close to calling the Police on him for how aggressive and dangerous his driving was.

I only recieve service from this company whenever I order from Amazon. That isn't very often, maybe once every two months or less. About 85% of the time, this company delivers it. Everytime they do for the past two years, one of three things happens: The package is left in my garden; the package is left at the wrong address; or the package heads out for delivery and then never comes, and goes out for delivery the following day or day after. I'm probably not going to use home delivery anymore and just use a pickup point. My neighbors also say similar things happen to them regularly as well.

Thank you for delivering high priced item to my sons apartment door. The box showed the content inside therefore leaving it in the lobby may have resulted in stealing which happened recently. Appreciate the extra mile

These guys delivered my packages to the wrong place in a building lobby and when asked to retrieve them they told me it was the next day so they can't? I actually called the day before as well. Like the guy miraculously forgot where he dropped them off at or doesn't have access anymore? When asked how that makes any sense they gave me 12 different misdirecting answers all of which made zero sense. I then asked if the packages will be left where they were dropped of to either 1- Be stolen 2- Be thrown out by someone or 3- Simply rot even if the contents could be worth $5 to 5000$ he again would not answer me. Good job Intelcom! Thank for losing a bunch of my xmas gifts. Lastly I was also told when asked the logic behind this, that they can't go back for "one package" so essentially my package(s) and me as a customer are not important enough for them to check and try to get them back. Customer service here and common sense is insanely lacking
