Deliveries have been great for the most part but sometimes when a delivery is scheduled to arrive on a holiday or weekend no one actually attempts to deliver the package. If a more accurate/ smaller expected pick up time window could be provided, that would help immensely with returns. It can be difficult to keep watch and remain available for an entire day, waiting to answer the door fast enough to hand the return package directly to the driver.. rather than them just picking it up from the front porch.

Intelcom seems to be quite an efficient delivery company. It always keeps you informed of the updated. It’s from pick up of the item to the delivery. One small request/ comment is to ask the driver on delivery , at least rings the bell before he drops off the item and runs. Sometimes we don’t check our emails not knowing the item has been sitting at the front door for hours…

Package was to be delivered almost 2 weeks ago. Has been out of delivery several times and returned to facility. I have contacted Intelcom 3 times now with them stating I will get a response from the district manager. I have yet to get a response. As of yesterday it claims it was delivered. I was home all day and never saw anyone arrive nor is there a package to be found. The photo image of proof of delivery is blacked out and will not open with any apps. Not sure the issue as they have delivered here many times most recently as the day before this package was to arrive. I actually requested they all be delivered on the same day and they couldn't even do that.

Have scheduled them two different times to complete Amazon return pick-ups. Both times they were a no-show and keep making us re-schedule. Absolutely ridiculous. Will just print my own label and drive into town for my returns now unfortunately. Disappointing - Amazon needs to use a better and more reliable company for this service.

Consistently deliver to the wrong address. Delivery today didn't include a picture because it was "signed" for but the signature was just a scribble. At least make sure you provide a photo so I can try to figure out where you miss delivered my package. Based on the other reviews there's no point in contacting customer service because they clearly don't care at all about their service.
