Excellent! This driver took a few extra steps to bring our parcels inside the garage. He could have left them at the front door, which is sheltered, but he ensured that they were both sheltered, and not seen from the road. Well done!

Intelcom delivery drivers are horrible I'm not gonna lie. By right delivery drivers always buzz the door bell when they are delivering a package to notify you , Intelcom drivers don't care if you live on a busy street or not they will take picture and leave your package outside smh. My package got stolen on Wednesday because of this I had to reorder on the same day.. Amazon refunded my money thankfully. Fast forward to Saturday Oct 8, I was waiting inside for my package and the driver left it at my front door again without buzzing my door bell and I live on a busy street. My package was stolen this time around because I was up early but Imagine if I was asleep 🙁🙁🙁🙁

Ordered my package 5 days ago and it has been delayed to sometime in the next 4 days, after saying it would be here by tonight at 8pm. Neither Amazon or Intelcom have updated my package progress information. Update: 9 days after ordering and still no information from Intelcom about my package. Amazon is offering a refund thankfully.

The township next to me has a street with exact same name and number as my street and number. They NEVER type in my township name or postal code when checking the address and CONSTANTLY deliver to the house in the township next to me. I have informed them of this issue before and somehow they can't figure it out. With Christmas imminent this is becoming a complete fiasco and only adding to the stress of the season. I don't understand why it is so hard to do a little due diligence and confirm the address is correct.

Bare minimum effort. Amazon delivery instructions lists the location as a business open Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm, yet they still attempt to deliver on the weekend, will leave parcels at the door without ringing bell. This is entirely why I have parcels delivered to our office and not my home. This business is run by clowns.
