Getting extremely frustrated. Intelcom used to be my favouriteā€¦ I actually left them a 5 star review in the past. Not the case anymore. I have an Amazon return and have been trying to return for weeks. Every time my scheduled date comes nobody comes to pick up the package and I have to reschedule it over and over again. Then one time they came to drop off and I tried to give them the return and they still wouldnā€™t take it because it wasnā€™t on the pick up for that day šŸ™„ And yes, Iā€™m scheduling it properly because Iā€™ve returned things with them many times in the past and have all my confirmations for the return. Iā€™m done waiting day after day for you to actually pick it up. The pick up option is great but you need a different system to get yourselves together! This is ridiculousā€¦ funny as I am writing this. Iā€™m expecting a package thatā€™s out for delivery and Intelcom just pulled into my driveway and instantly turned around and left and didnā€™t even drop off the package. I canā€™t.

I wanted to use them for an Amazon return pick up, they give you a day but not approximate time or time frame for pick up, they expect you to stay home all day and night waiting for them. They showed up but didn't ring the door bell so we didn't hear them or get notified on our phones, left a notice that they will try again, I stayed home the rest of the day and night but nobody showed up, I was sent a email late that night to reschedule so I did and now I have to wait 2 more days for another attempt and will have to stay home all day and night waiting for them and since they are afraid to use door bells I'll have to sit by the door the whole time. From now on I will not use Intelcom service and will take any returns to the post office myself. I've already contacted your customer service and they said there is nothing they could do, I canceled the pick up and filed a complaint with Amazon.

I was to receive my package Tuesday October 26th waited all day....Wednesday they showed up but I was not there. Thursday stayed home all day called the company they said they tried to deliver it, which was not true. So now I have to cancel my plans tomorrow....so I can waste my day again. You will never deliver for me again. I would pay more to make sure you never get my business again!
