Ordered a thing, didn't suit my purposes. Initiated a return. Driver called ahead for pickup. Pleasant guy. Handed item to him. For entire transaction from purchase to return, I never left property, paid any unexpected fees or filled out anything complicated. No fuss no muss. Fantastic.

I wish that I could leave a 0 star rating as 1 star is too generous. I received an email today from Intelcom advising me that my package was "lost in transit" but with no additional details, other than their tracking number and advice to reach out to the merchant for a refund. Given that it's the holidays, I have several packages in transit, and Intelcom's tracking number does not match any of the deliveries that I am waiting to receive (seems that they create their own internal tracking number). So I call Intelcom "customer service" to find out where the package originated so that I can arrange for the refund with that company. And what am I told? They don't know who they picked the package up from!! They told me, "it must be Amazon", except that it's not because I haven't ordered from Amazon. They then proceed to tell me that they don't have any way to know where the package comes from - seems they are all dropped off a central depot but no one keeps track of any of them or has any sort of waybill with vendor information anywhere. And the agent talking to me on the phone keeps repeating her helpful advice: "you need to reach out to the vendor for a refund". Except she can't tell me who the vendor is and I have no way to track it since they create their own internal tracking numbers! Unbelievable. I have no words to properly describe the ineptitude of this company. So I guess now I will just wait to see which Christmas gift doesn't show up in the next few weeks and go from there. Lovely.

I ordered one cartridge for my laser printer. Intelcom is responsible for delivering the item. I liked their tracking system, and the company gave me the updates daily. Their service is timely with high standard. I would choose their services in future. Bruce

Amazon had used the wrong address for the third time after I had called and changed it as many times. Intelcom was very helpful when I called. I gave her the proper address and I received my puppy food today. Not even 24 hrs late. Thank you. I’m very, very pleased.

Way back when they started there were a lot of growing pains but now they are excellent. They send an email when delivery is on its way. Delivery is always shortly after that email. Then send another to confirm it has been delivered. We are out in the country and we have a regular driver whom we have got to know. Samir is always punctual, the package is in good condition, and he has a smile on his face. If only all delivery services could be this good.
