Normally I wouldn't leave a 1 star review but when one of your people calls me and I say, "please DO NOT leave my package in the building, PLEASE HOLD FOR PICKUP as there is a theft issue," I expect the package to be held for pickup. Today I received a call about an Amazon package (I didn't order from Amazon) and I find out later that that was one of your people delivering my NON-AMAZON package and that it was delivered unsecured in my building that has again, a theft issue. A, WHY ARE YOUR DRIVERS DELIVERING ITEMS PEOPLE REQUEST TO HOLD FOR PICK-UP, and B, why ON EARTH would someone say they're Amazon when they're NOT DELIVERING AN AMAZON PACKAGE?

Got a notification saying they attempted delivery for my Amazon package…. Was here all day nobody showed up. Called customer service twice and both of them were insanely rude to me, cutting me off in the middle of my sentence trying to say their goodbye script. Get better employees that aren’t screwing everyone over, what an embarrassment………

I have NEVER had a problem with intelcom. They are always on time, sometimes a day or two earlier than expected. Packages arrive in excellent shape, the driver is clear on the intercom, and quick to my apartment door. This is the BEST delivery company ever.

Ordered a package off Amazon. Intelcom was the delivery company, unfortunately. The delivery driver had a photo attached in the email that says “your package has been delivered” but the package wasn’t in the photo and I couldn’t find the package anywhere. I got a refund from Amazon (this was about a month ago). Today I was out in a part of the yard that I normally don’t go to, and lo and behold my package was sitting in a bush. Why couldn’t the delivery driver just bring it to the door when he took a photo?? He couldn’t be bothered to just take the package to the door, instead he had to throw it into a bush. Not even near the entryway or anything. Do better Intelcom!
