It took hours to clear our street of condo. Now-one was able to drive their car until late PM when a grater came to our rescue... shortly after, the delivery arrived !!!!! It is amazing, since we all woke up at the end of a 24 hours of snow storm!! Bravo to the driver. Thank you.

These guys are the absolute worst. They are constantly late if your package shows up at all.Last package was lost but still says it’s coming, sorry for being late. This time my packages have been out for delivery 5 days in row and still have not received them. What ever happened to if you can’t do the job! Will find someone who can??? Nothing but excuses yet Amazon continues to use them. Latest package they couldn’t even deliver it to my door?? Left it at the end of my driveway. Customer service at it’s worst.

1st delivery left at wrong address. I’ve been trying to get my current two items for the past week. have contacted Amazon 4 times and Intelcom 5 times and every time they say for sure it will be delivered next day. Very FRUSTRATING!!!! Poor service. They don’t read delivery instructions either.

Guy knocked on my door and ran off. Package was marked as delivered. No package. Turns out it was left at the back door. Sat there for a month before the gas meter guy informed me it was there 😂 kudos for being proactive and hiding it in a secure place but make sure to take photos so people know where it is.

I have been trying to get a hold of this company via phone for the last 30min. One of their delivery drivers was parked in Oakhills and as I’m walking by their van my deaf dog and I were jumped by her two large breed dogs that jumped out of her vehicles open window.
