The driver won't drive up my driveway and leave my package in the open on my fence post right beside the road. I would love for Amazon to start using a different company for their deliveries. And this isn't the 1st time the other time they left a package underneath my recycling bin.

I have ordered a lot of packages, they have been delivered by other companies but intercom is by far the best one. I like the email updates of the delivery time. If I need to leave I can arrange it around the time given for delivery. The driver always comes up to my door. (I live in a condo) Other delivery companies have left my parcel in the lobby. And one company did not even tell me the parcel was at their depot. Your drivers are very polite and I am very pleased with your services. Thank you.

This is the absolute worst service I've ever had from any delivery company. I use it for personal and for business and both times. I'm disappointed multiple times. If I could use any other company for delivery I would. Steer clear as packages are delivered to wrong addresses. Constantly. Packages are not delivered at all. I have called the company multiple times and I get no result. I've also had them hand it to me personally and then have it shown that the delivery was not able to be made for other packages when clearly they were at my door. I'm so disappointed in them and I've lost a lot of money using this company. If you can use anyone else I would highly recommend you choose wisely and not choose this company. That

Terrible customer service. They delivered my package to a secure mail box but never gave me the pin to open the box!! I called the next morning and they said they will call the driver and will call me back the same day. Never did. I called again next day and they said they couldn't find the driver and will try again. Nothing happened. I called again and they said because it's passed 24 hours they cannot do anything and I need to call the provider for refund, and they hanged up the phone!!! Intelcom customer service is just so horrible.

Terrible service all around. Whenever a package is suppose to be delivered on the weekend they always say it was attempted but it never was. The time stamps never match what is emailed. Then I always have to call and make sure they aren’t sending it back because the driver can’t find the location. They also are questionable with there customer service center as they have Amazon customer support in house? @Amazon you should find a better and more reliable delivery company.
