Seems I've had a similar experience as everyone else. Why not add to the fun: My package from Amazon was being delivered by this company. It was "picked up by courier" on September 1st, this was the first and last update I got on the order. It has apparently been sitting in a warehouse ever since, spoiler alert, that was a lie! Tried my tracking number on their website only for it to say my order doesn't exist so I wait the time needed to request a refund from Amazon, and they tell me that Intelcom has lost my order and failed to properly update the tracking order. Great job Intelcom! :)

Once again, Intelcom has failed to see a sign clearly stating my address and has taken my package back to the St. John's warehouse, stating that according to Google maps, my house is in the middle of the street! My address is NOT on google maps. I have repeatedly told Intelcom to explain to the drivers that they need to simply look up and at the road signs and numbers and not look down at their phones or google maps screen. I also cannot phone the local office, but instead have to speak to someone in the USA who do not even have a clue were Newfoundland is. Then, I have to pay for an 'out of country' call. Intelcom should be ashamed to call themselves a courrier service or parcel delivery service. Intelcom will not answer questions except with automated replies. Amazon should get rid of this poor excuse for a delivery service. Also, when they do find the house, they will deliver my package to the Front Door, when my address clearly states "SIDE DOOR." My side door is clearly visible from the street; and it is also much faster and easier to reach from the driveway than it is to deliver to the front door which has no driveway, so they have to park across the street, then walk across the street, across the front lawn, up a flight of stairs, and across the porch to the front door! Total waste of time! Intelcom, if you ever read these reviews, I would love to speak with someone there who will listen and take your customers messages seriously and attempt to fix these delivery problems.

Three false delivery attempts in the past week. No photo, no phone call, just Intelcom ran into an "issue" when delivering. Head office has no info on what happened, nor can they reach the driver. And you hear the same "oh new driver will deliver tomorrow". That's just not good enough.

Tracking website said they attempted to deliver it multiple times, including on the weekend when they're not even open -- I was sitting right by my front door and not a soul came knocking. Worst customer service I've ever experienced with a courier. If you see Intelcom is being used for your Amazon order, consider a different product, because you MAY get your item eventually, but you will get ZERO information along the way. I'm really not sure why Purolator or FedEx hasn't eclipsed the market already when this service is so bad.

Worst shipping company I've ever seen, airdropped these "shippers" my location and they still can't get me my package, sadly Amazon only offers scam artists as shippers. The fact I'm n95 mask fitted and can't even go in to pickup my package instead of waiting 3 and a half years to get my package that's supposed been attempted to be delivered blows my mind
