Seems I've had a similar experience as everyone else. Why not add to the fun: My package from Amazon was being delivered by this company. It was "picked up by courier" on September 1st, this was the first and last update I got on the order. It has apparently been sitting in a warehouse ever since, spoiler alert, that was a lie! Tried my tracking number on their website only for it to say my order doesn't exist so I wait the time needed to request a refund from Amazon, and they tell me that Intelcom has lost my order and failed to properly update the tracking order. Great job Intelcom! :)
