I had to return an item to Amazon, and they never picked it up after rescheduling it TWO times. For the first pick-up attempt, I have clearly mentioned in the instructions that my doorbell may not work so whoever is picking it up would have to knock at the door if there was no response. However, I have not heard anything despite sitting by the door ALL day. Apparently, they tried to pick it up at almost 22 PM, which is really late, yet no knock was heard. Not a problem, I rescheduled the pick-up again. For the second pick-up attempt, I checked the pick-up tracking and there was an update on the website saying that it was POSTPONED to the next day. “Your pickup will automatically be rescheduled for the next business day”. I carried on with my day since they would not pick it up today, right? And guess what? Turns out they attempted to pick it up later on. I do not understand why they would update the pick-up tracking with “postponed” if they were going to attempt to pick it up later. For your information, no knock at the door was heard by anyone in my household this time too. I will be going to Canada Post to return my item and will not be dealing with Intelcom for returns again. It seems like this is a common issue after reading the reviews of others.

These positive reviews are without a doubt paid for. This is the WORST service I've ever had the displeasure of using. Stolen packages? Check. Lost packages? Check. Thrown packages? Check. Broken packages? Check. Just search Intelcom on Twitter and you'll see countless videos of their drivers treating packages carelessly, putting them on people's doors to take a photo before taking them back and stealing them, and people complaining about their service in general. If you EVER order from Amazon and it says your delivery is being handled by Intelcom, CANCEL THE ORDER AND FIND THE PRODUCT ELSEWHERE. You'll have an easier time even if you have to order it internationally at an extra cost. I'm so serious. Intelcom is trash.

Absolute garbage. I live in a condo and I was home all day long. The delivery person left the package outside and took a picture. Never rang. By the time I saw the email notification, the package was already gone. They could have just rang and left it inside the lobby. I have never had a single package get stolen from me in that building even when the package has been laying around all day long inside the lobby. How could I not suspect the delivery person? How is Intelcom even making sure that their own drivers are honest when they can easily just take a picture and then take off with the package or have an accomplice do it for them?

Terrible customer service! Tried calling the call centre for help and got nowhere. I called about a missing package and the person seemed confused and didn't make any sense. At first he said my package was deliver outside of a hub locker then changed the story when I questioned that. In the end all I got was " I will email my supervisor". When I asked for a follow up email to my request he said he couldn't do that. Makes me hesitant to order from Amazon. Hopefully if enough people voice their concerns to Amazon things will change. Seems as though I'm not the only one who has had problems. Ratings for this company and comments are pretty much negative. If I could give a zero I would!

18.5k reviews with 4.5/5 stars is an absolute lie. This company used a bot system to make fake positive reviews. If you scroll down the first pages you'll see 95% negative reviews. This will be reported to Google as fake reviews. Very sad. Additionally, a pick up was arranged for 1 package at my address today. Earlier in the morning, I received 2 other separate deliveries. The pick up driver then arrived at my door and just took the 2 unopened packages without even checking to see if the tracking number was the same. This is practically theft. The worst part of it that I needed those 2 packages for tonight. Calling the outsourced call center is an absolute nightmare. They are all level 1 agents with absolutely no customer service experience. After talking to 3 agents, none of them were able to reach the driver to bring back my packages and to pick up the right one. Terrible service. Intelcom is a perfect example of a company that outgrew itself. They are unable to sustain reliability for their customers. Their short margins are profit require them to work in the masses which then leads them to outsourcing poor serviced call centers in the Philippines and India in order for them to keep their costs low. I can go on about how this company is a mess and needs to be reconfigured in so many ways but I'll let their shareholders figure that out on their own one day.
