I had to return an item to Amazon, and they never picked it up after rescheduling it TWO times. For the first pick-up attempt, I have clearly mentioned in the instructions that my doorbell may not work so whoever is picking it up would have to knock at the door if there was no response. However, I have not heard anything despite sitting by the door ALL day. Apparently, they tried to pick it up at almost 22 PM, which is really late, yet no knock was heard. Not a problem, I rescheduled the pick-up again. For the second pick-up attempt, I checked the pick-up tracking and there was an update on the website saying that it was POSTPONED to the next day. “Your pickup will automatically be rescheduled for the next business day”. I carried on with my day since they would not pick it up today, right? And guess what? Turns out they attempted to pick it up later on. I do not understand why they would update the pick-up tracking with “postponed” if they were going to attempt to pick it up later. For your information, no knock at the door was heard by anyone in my household this time too. I will be going to Canada Post to return my item and will not be dealing with Intelcom for returns again. It seems like this is a common issue after reading the reviews of others.
