They do a good job delivering my packages. They dropped it at my front door. I get a email from them that it's been delivered. So far, there is no damaged to my package or what's inside. They let me know roughly, when it will arrived. It's nice of them to keep me informed.

Amazon uses this service to deliver packages. In an office building with many employees, an attempt was apparently made to deliver a package... Not sure what happened but I called service as this package was important to receive today. Was told they would pass my number to the driver and they would call upon arrival today or tomorrow. I re-iterated how I needed this package today, and tried to push for a time or something (as I won't be at work until 10pm today for a potential delivery) and was something short of hung up on. Called a couple of hours later for an update and was legit told the same thing and after trying to push for more clarification when the package will be delivered the agent worked on getting rid of me again. Can I say that the package was attempted to be delivered? Nope... I'll try and look at our doorbell cam. Can I say I had good customer service, absolutely not. I have many other complaints on this, but am not a satisfied customer.

Claim to have attempted delivery but just ghosted. Also my personal favourite, the two phone numbers provided on their email update are no longer in service. Rather than connecting you it asks you to call a completely different number. Very professional... Wish Amazon did not use them

Instead of delivering my package into my mailbox or in front of my door they put it in FRONT of the mailboxes (I live in an apartment) where it is accessible to anyone that walks in/out of the building. By the time I came home to get it, it had been stolen. I tried to call the company and I have been on hold with them for over an hour and no one has answered. This is extremely frustrating as the company I bought the items from say that the shipping company is responsible and I can't get a hold of them.

I would give a -5 review, this company it’s a joke. They are, un-professional, irresponsible, lazy, they are not truthful. They are not worth dealing with. 8 attempts so far to pick up a return package with out success. Today they came when I was out, and my wife called me because the Intelcom person was at the door. We talked with my wife for about 3min and the pickup person Patrick Osbourne just left. Dude come on! Can’t wait a few minutes? This company or this company wannabe it’s a joke. Amazon please be smart and do business with a serious company.
