My parcel was sent out on Nov 26 and it is now Dec 4 and I have not received it. I track it and it says due to weather it is in Rosser. We have not had over a week of bad weather!! I try to call and sit on hold for hours only to be cut off. I needed that parcel by today so your company has just cost me a lot of money!!

Worst shipping company on earth!! they believe 2 weeks is a very standard for a promised 3-5 day delivery!! And at the end they let you know they have lost the item!! STAY AWAY! CHOOSEW ANOTHER COMANY!

I was at home for the entire time, the courier never called me. Now the tracking showed as the customer was not at home. This was a very urgent parcel for a event which has tomorrow. Very unsatisfactory. I need the parcel today at any cost.
