My parcel was sent out on Nov 26 and it is now Dec 4 and I have not received it. I track it and it says due to weather it is in Rosser. We have not had over a week of bad weather!! I try to call and sit on hold for hours only to be cut off. I needed that parcel by today so your company has just cost me a lot of money!!

Si j'avais pu je n'aurais mis aucune étoile... il était possible de pister les premiers jours suivant l'achat le colis était en transit en chine pendant 5-6 jours. Après 10-15 jours plus possible de pister le colis, je ne l'ai jamais reçu !

Answer your phones and show me where I can pick up my package. I have called at least 20 times today and get nothing but continuous ringing or busy signals. This is a constant source of frustration at the Quesnel branch and has been going on for years. Please supply enough staff so they can do their jobs! I live out of town and need to know if I have a package before driving for an hour to get a nonexistent item that Purolator often says is delivered when checking tracking is sent via email or on the web site. An accurate confirmation should be the simplest and is the most helpful. communication for customers from a a delivery company. Unfortunately this is not the case and is far from a one-off situation.

PUROLATOR has screwed up twice on my deliveries, the first time leaving an over 1 thousand dollar cheque layiing on sidewalk at front door and the second time delivering an expensive delivery from TSC to WRONG address. Very poor service and I have not got drop off number.
