I work with Manitoba highways. Our highway yard is located on the TransCanada Highway by highway 248 intersection. There is a set of lights at that intersection with acceleration and deceleration lanes on all 4 corners. It is illegal as stated in the Canada highways traffic act to park in these lanes. It’s one of the most dangerous things one can do on the highway. I’ve called your office before about one of your drivers flipping me the middle finger when I explained this to him. Today at 3:09 pm yet another of your drivers, driving a B train no less, parked in an acceleration lane west bound at highway 248 and TCH. This time I took a video and a picture of his truck #187729 as he gave me a bogus excuse as to why he stopped there. I’m letting you know that the D. O. T. has started parking some of their vehicles here in our yard and when one of the officers shows up I will show him the video and picture. This practice of parking in these lanes has got to STOP. Maybe a few fines will get the message across to your drivers. As I was pulling into our yard I looked back and your driver was still there and because of that another truck pulled in to the lane and stopped in front of him compounding the situation.

Worst shipping company on earth!! they believe 2 weeks is a very standard for a promised 3-5 day delivery!! And at the end they let you know they have lost the item!! STAY AWAY! CHOOSEW ANOTHER COMANY!

I can not tell a human to add the apartment # to my address as that was the senders error. I just want to add it too the address. The tracking says it will go back if I do not update and Customer service can not help me?
