Perhaps when you give the customer a callback, don't hang up once the customer presses "1" to receive the call several times. Or when the tracking number sent to the customer isn't working when tracking package. ( Number not in system )

You provide no tracking information at all. Notify me there is a shipment but nothing else. Absolutely useless. substandard garbage. Shop app is just another rabbit hole with no end to it. Neither way tracks anything at all. Useless. I doubt I will ever see my package at all. A total loss of money. You should be ashamed.
