Heard your company sent a local parcel to Barrie and they never received it here. I don't know if I can trust your company for competent delivery. We didn't get our parcel last night or today. What is happening with it?

July 29 a package was picked up in Oakville ONT on July 29 2026, we are now in September, and phoning the tracking people every day for the last 5 days, they told me that it was on it's way I still have not received it, that is almost 5 weeks. What is going on.???????

### 1-Star Review **Extremely poor delivery service.** The driver left a **heavy package almost in the street**, rather than bringing it to my front door. There are only **10 steps to the entrance**, yet the package was left in an exposed location where it could easily have been damaged, stolen, or become a hazard. This is not what I expect from a professional delivery company. A heavy package should be delivered safely to the customer's door when access is available. I have photos showing exactly where the package was left. Very disappointing service from UPS.
