We are on an acreage with a driveway. Instead of coming into the property, they left it at the entry on the ground, there is no gate. Not at the front door The driveway is clear so would not have been a problem to come into the yard. We took pictures if you need to see them. We are on a main road and anyone could have stopped and picked it up

Poor delivery service from GP to Peace River,AB. In the past 2 weeks parcels disappear and then another order makes it from GP to Peace River but says cant be delivered for days. Poor tracking format many times saying it's in Canada gee ya think?? Thank heavens Amazon is quick to resolve problems with this courier..wish they'd switch back to Purolator..much more reliable!!

We have a wooden front porch. Your delivery person had boots with a type of cleat on which chewed up our decking. Please tell your drivers-no cleats!!

Absolutely awful service as well as customer service. We have had multiple packages get transferred from Canada Post to Intelcom and every single one of them won't get delivered. I called their customer service about it and was put on hold for 2 hours then was told that I'd get an email with updates on my package within 24-48 hours. It's been almost 5 days now and I still haven't heard from them. They have the wrong address listed on Google maps as their Grand Falls-Windsor location, and when I try to find their actual location they don't have their building marked with their name or anything. This is absolutely ridiculous and I can't understand how anyone can run a company like this. There has to be something fishy going on like someone stealing packages or something. This is happening to everyone in the area with packages being shipped with Intelcom.
