Sur le site de repère de colis, ils se sont trompés deux jours de suite sur je ne sais pas quoi exactement mais le jeudi ils me disait que j'allais recevoir le colis en après-midi et après avant 22 heures et rien... J'ai appelé et ils m'ont dis que sa l'irais au lendemain... Même chose le lendemain...

I could not get any real communication with your company regarding my package. it could not be delivered, (not your fault) but then it simply disappeared. I was told it had been delivered, to a different address, in a different town. case closed apparently. not very cool.

Up until now, I have only had accolades for your company. But this parcel seems to have made it to Langley and then never to be seen again. Parcel ordered on March 25, 2026.

Tracked my package to saint John. It was in Saint John on a Thursday, it is now the following Tuesday. Apparently it was sent o Dieppe then back to saint John, three times in the past four days, WTF. Can't people read the address on the shipping label? Worse service ever. Called then, you reach a Canadian work center. I want to talk to the service people in Saint John not some guy in Toronto.
