Parcel to be delivered Dec 04 2025. Driver did not attempt to contact me. Leftnotice returning on Friday. Never showed. Call Canpar this Monday morning (25 min), advised that Canpar only makes one attempt to deliver. Advised pkg in Barrie. Drove to Barrie. Advised pkg on truck and delivered to 500 Universiy Ave Orillia. Drove to 500 University Ave Orillia, no parcel. Where is my parcel? This is medicine needed on Dec 04 2025.

They did not deliver to my home but to gas station 25min drive from my home.

My parcel was sent out on Nov 26 and it is now Dec 4 and I have not received it. I track it and it says due to weather it is in Rosser. We have not had over a week of bad weather!! I try to call and sit on hold for hours only to be cut off. I needed that parcel by today so your company has just cost me a lot of money!!

Si j'avais pu je n'aurais mis aucune étoile... il était possible de pister les premiers jours suivant l'achat le colis était en transit en chine pendant 5-6 jours. Après 10-15 jours plus possible de pister le colis, je ne l'ai jamais reçu !

I need a person to answer questions - the automatic answers do not solve the problem. Also asked that parcel be left at door and it wasn't delivered.
