PUROLATOR has screwed up twice on my deliveries, the first time leaving an over 1 thousand dollar cheque layiing on sidewalk at front door and the second time delivering an expensive delivery from TSC to WRONG address. Very poor service and I have not got drop off number.

We have sticker in window, granting permission to leave packages. They apparently tried to deliver twice, but left nothing. Not even a sticker to tell us how to find the package.

why can you leave the package without signature, my missed package is on hold very far away for pickup.

Driver said he came to the door but no one to receive parcel but we was in all day he never came to the door or phoned us. The driver is not fit to be a driver
