Two packages in a row have been placed on the railing of my porch instead of being brought to my front door. Both times the packages have fallen off the railing and had to be picked up out of the yard. Next time I have to go looking for a package that is not brought to my door I will simply report it to Amazon as not delivered.

Said parcel was delivered but its not anywhere by the house. I have security cameras but no one was in the yard. I also have another order but I can't find it. What Happened to your safe delivery.........

Guy who delivers in the Rayside Balfour area is THE BEST. Always has a smile and a kind word.Helps to take parcels to garage etc.. We need more Guy delivery techs.
