Still waiting to get my package that was scheduled to arrive by end of day Dec. 11th apparently it’s sitting at your terminal on Oak Point Highway due to weather issues. When will it be deliver?

It was supposed to be delivered December 9. Tracking said it would be delivered by the end of the day. Now, tracking says "2024-12-09 10:40:24 HELD AT TERMINAL POWELL RIVER Hold for Pickup". It says nothing about where that might be, or any other contact info. According to your website your closest facility in in Courtenay BC, which is a 90-minute ferry away, which will cost me >$100, round trip. Please let me know when this package will be delivered to 11332 Hwy 101. Thank you.
