you need to call people when you have a problem with delivery. I live on a side road and packages are not delivered for days. if I had a phone call I could met the driver to get my packages.

I waited over 2 hours one day to find out why my package wasn't delivered yet when it is in the city I live in and they said it would be delivered the next day which it wasn't. Now I have been on hold for over 3 1/2 hours and still no answer, I have been redirected to the website but there is no way to get my question answered when I go there. I would gladly pick up my package but the only number for the Saskatoon office is the one I am on hold with. I am beyond frustrated! Order # BAINT001820009488209

My package was supposed to arrive today but couldn’t be completed. My street has been closed for many months. All deliveries are supposed to be in my back alley. Put package inside gate Don’t you have a supervisor there to train the new people. Also maybe you could publish the local phone number so I could call them directly. So it doesn’t take me an hour to go through this process.

Only one box of 2 delivered no ones seems to be interested and finding the other box told me to file a claim
